 Blanch broccoli in boiling water - take out when bright green

 Chicken in teriyaki overnight, pan fried, then BOILDED marinade added after cooking

 sticky rice done in slow cooker

 rice, chicken, broccoli, teriyaki, spicy yogurt and peanuts
