soup - your way

Start with a piece of cooked protein; we used a slow cooked roast beef.  Add noodles and a variety of vegetables

Halloween cookies - sugar cookie (unknown source)

dough was 1/22 pinky nail thick; press cutter into flour before dough



Wilton cut out in pumpkin container from 1999

roll between 2 sheets parchment, cut out, pull out extra dough and bake

Wilton's prepared gel

 decorate with royal icing flood icing while cookie is hot

Pita Bread - R Fraser



using the bench scraper to portion the dough into 8


you can roll thicker, add  oil and herbs on top for a thick, flat pita
hummus and tzatziki  - I made one batch for the class

 whole wheat or multigrain flour as well as all purpose
