Rhubarb strawberry crisp - use equal amounts of oatmeal. flour. brown sugar, butter and mix it well.

Following the package directions, I tucked the pastry together and crimped the edge. Cream on the top, and a sprinkle of sugar. Air vents are important! |
Looks good.....I still prefer my homemade pastry, made from lard. |
