chocolate mousse

 125 mL choclate chips  + 35 mL butter:  Microwave 30 sec, stir
 Separate 2 eggs - beat eggs whites until foamy then beat in 25 mL sugar, slowly


 add the 2 eggs yolks into the melted chocolate
Fold in the egg whites and set in fridge for 2 hours......makes 4 servings
