I have carrots and this ranch dip available when we do baking - makes me feel less guilty.
I add equal amounts of mayo and sour cream; the original recipe has 2x's the mayo.
250 mL sour cream
250 mL mayo (I use low/no fat)
5 mL dried chive
5 mL dried parsley
5 mL dill weed
2 mL garlic powder
2 mL onion powder
1 mL salt
1 mL ground pepper
Whisk together; let sit for 30 mins before using.
