I added a pack of lemon jello for added flavour and lemon zest |
I sprayed the 8 x 10 pan, then used some of the cake mix to flour the pan. |
Mix all liquid ingredients together before stirring in; I used fresh lemon juice instead of water. |
WOW, that is yellow! Stir until completely mixed. |
With the remaining lemon juice I added zest and 50 mL of white sugar, stir to dissolve. |
Put the glaze on top of the cake while it is hot. |
