I used cubed chicken thighs instead of pork. I DID NOT DIP THE PIECES IN EGG FIRST, I dipped the chicken directly into cornstarch. I find the egg, then flour can get too sticky. |
Fry in small amounts until crisp and brown |
Stir fried vegetable in with the pork. Add all of the sauce ingredients in a measuring cup. Remember to have the cornstarch and water mixed to a smooth paste in the custard cup |
Boil the sauce until it is thick. Serve on rice. |
