snowflake cookie

I was introduced to pintrest this week.  Excellent designs of snowflake cookies; so many ideas.  I choose to use blue and white royal icing.  We used a snack size, zipper plastic bag with the corner cut off.  Roll the cookie dough between 2 pieces of parchment,  cut the shape and pull out the excess dough.  No distortion by moving the cut out.
