Cupcake (Birthday cake) using whipped chocolate ganache

 SHELL: microwave 125 mL chocolate melts + 125 mL chocolate chips for 1 min.  Spread evenly into the pan using and offset spatula.  Chill 30 minutes in the fridge and carefully pop it out.

 Ganache:  Bring to a boil 250 mL liquid whipping cream, pour over 325mL chocolate chips. Whisk.  CHILL until cold and whip.
Pipe Ganache on with a large star tip.
