use chocolate melts to create the 'cupcake' liner
Icing glues the top and bottom together (after trimming the high top off of the base and top)
trim the rough sides off of the base, coat with a thin layer of icing and place in the chocolate liner
put the top on (I used icing on the chocolate base to 'glue' it to the pie plate for travelling)
Trim the cake lower on both sides to have a seamless fit OR cover it completely with icing.
