Apple Pie filling - 4 apples, cored, peeled and sliced. Put in a large casserole dish, sprinkle wih 200 ml sugar + 5 mL sugar. Microwave 3 minutes, stirring after one minute (1+1+1). Stir in 50 mL sugar that has 30 mL mini tapioca in it (or it will clump). Microwave another 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Cool in an ice bath.
