Yam, baked with sugar and spice!

One very large yam!  One casserole dish

Peel and slic the yam.  Be careful, cut a flat edge so it does not roll.

I use the spray on the pan and again on the yams.

I use pumpkin spice mixed with a little white sugar to sprinkle on top.  Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
