Cupcake shaped cake! Wilton and other brands sell the pan

I levelled the rounded top off of the base and the top, icing in-between the layers

Chocolate ganache, cooled to room temperature, then whipped. 2 parts chocolate and 1 part whipping cream,.


Large star nib, chocolate ganache.  Just a few sprinkles

I should have put it on a smaller cake plate!
Left over cake, crammed into a spring form pan, then decorated with #123 rose nib!
