Nanaimo Bar - R Fraser - 77 minute class

substitute a large glass measure for a double boiler (micro 30 sec - stir)
 finely chop walnuts


 press base firmly into parchment lined paper

custard thick, like silly putty


 thick icing makes the bar cookie easy to cut after chilling
melt chocolate chips 30 sec and stir

 chill in freezer until chocolate is dull and not sticky
