| Butterfly the chicken breasts. |

| I filled the chicken with pesto and asiago cheese before wrapping in prosciutto. |

| Wrapped chicken - I used 2 pieces of prosciutto to completely cover. |

| I baked for 35 minutes in a 350 oven. You could broil for 2 minutes to crisp the top. I served with roasted grape tomatoes. |
