Jean Pare scones; cream scone and angel biscuits are wonderful too
I use the recipe from Cooking for 2.
I add blueberries, or cheddar or orange zest or chives and garlic. The sugar on top is Raw or turbinado
Crunchy top. Baking small recipes in my counter top convection oven.
