regular and mini cupcakes, plus Wilton rose nails

Use a circle nib or just the coupling to make a centre of icing

I purchased 123 nib by wilton from Dicken's Sweets, Chilliwack.  $3

the first circle of icing, I use a curved petal nib, not the straight rose one

I switched to a smaller cupcake, add to the centre by putting 3 petals on 

we will keep adding petals by alternating placement so no 'seams' appear

keep the nib clean, I just use my finger

I am turning my hand in one direction, the bag in the other

I used the rose nail for the larger cupcake

never decorate with buttercream icing when you don't have air conditioning.  This melted immediately!
