 add 250 mL flour, then salt and flour until the dough cleans the bowl
looking too sticky
really need (knead) to use more flour......
 cookie sheets; no sides for even cooking
shape into flat circle

 mixture of herbs and coarse salt


 dimple to catch oil and herbs
 cook 12 -15 minutes until they come off the parchment, do not go for golden brown colour
balsamic and olive oil in a ying/yang design

Butter chicken - Chatelaine?

 defrost frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts then butterfly (buy frozen chicken on sale)








buy pre-packaged seasonings (1 time) to try out a new food or to save on herbs you may not use up
lots of HOT, Soapy water, after rinsing and spraying the raw chicken dish and cutting board

White cupcakes - bake shop icing (allrecipes.com)






 I did not scrape down the bowl enough...a river of sugar crystallized on top!
 After one hour and a powerful stand mixer, the icing worked!

Company's coming Angel biscuit - jam (bernardin pectin rec)



 dissolve yeast, then into milk....if you forget the yeast, recipe still works, just not as heavenly

use a bench scrapper for every thing:  dough, washing  and of course counter top clean up
 Parchment to keep work area clean






sterilize/sanitize:  setting on the dishwasher
I made 4 different jam types today!!
