Company's coming Angel biscuit - jam (bernardin pectin rec)



 dissolve yeast, then into milk....if you forget the yeast, recipe still works, just not as heavenly

use a bench scrapper for every thing:  dough, washing  and of course counter top clean up
 Parchment to keep work area clean






sterilize/sanitize:  setting on the dishwasher
I made 4 different jam types today!!
