Omelet, your way, no lab sheet

 ready to cook
 add 15 mL water to one egg, bet with a fork to make sure all white is mixed in
 old cheddar for flavour
 fry the bacon - med heat



 med heat, egg will set quickly
 add cheese, herbs
 flip - this only works with one omelet (egg) in pan
add old cheddar

fold in half
 slide from pan to plate
