I looked up 2 recipes on line (allrecipes.com) and mixed a stir fry and sweet and sour pork recipe to suit my taste. I did not bread the pork before frying (less calories) |

The liquid is from the pineapple juice. Remember to always mix the thicken (cornstarch or flour), with sugar or a cold liquid before adding to hot food. |
