Chatelaine: Honey Lime Grilled pork chops (forgot to buy peaches!)

purchase pork when it is on sale
looks like an ad for Trader Joe's....... gather all ingredients together
I use a plate to mix ingredients, then put the marinade together - saves a dish
The green citrus reamer was my Grandmothers.......even older than me!

use small scissors in a glass or deep bowl (glass Measure) to chop chives, parsley, cilantro etc
Too much of everything, so freeze extra for quick, easy meals.  I push the air out of zip lock bags and freeze them flat.
Follow the recipe, cook on one side, flip and add marinade.   DO NOT overcook pork or chicken.  IT cooks quickly and gets tough and dried out.

Finished with more of the honey lime mixture overtop.   Side dish is mango, bean, orzo, corn salad from Costco.
Extra pork:  I used my favourite marinade before freezing the pork.  It will absorb flavour while freezing and defrosting.
REMEMBER to get rid of the raw food plate and put the finished, cooked food on  a clean plate!
I had extra pork chops: use your favourite blend of seasonings to make a dry rub.  I froze them in a zip loc bag with all of the air pushed out (avoid freezer burn)
