Pork tenderloin meal

a dry rub that I made myself.  I cut the tenderloin in half lengthwise; cooks quicker on the grill.

Boil water before adding vegetables that grow above the ground.  Start root vegetables in cold water.

I like vegetables crisp.  Leave the lid off for the best colour in green vegetables.

Hedgehog or hasselback potato (old post), I added mushrooms to the foil, cheese and bacon bits. Spray foil before using.

Sweet chili or red pepper jelly.  Warm up and serve with the pork.

I added the fried onion topper to the broccoli.
