Greek Salad

Push the centre into the pepper then break the sides apart. Remember to rinse all fruit and veg.

I use yellow peppers for the colour. I cut into strips, then cubes.

Keep your knife sharp; it is safer than a dull knife.  I used red onion,  cut into small cubes.

I ran a fork down the length of the cucumber to make the indentations; to add interest int eh slices or chunks.


To avoid injury, always place the veg or fruit flat side down.  

I use my bench scraper for gathering cut veg and transferring them to the bowl.  

I use olive oil, sugar, white vinegar and basil to dress my salad.  There are many different dressing recipes on line.

Ready to serve.  For appetizer size servings  I have alternated the veg and cheese on a bamboo skewer and  let them sit in the dressing.  Biggest problem was finding firm enough feta that would stay on the stick!
